We use Microsoft 365 for most of our clients. It’s a great option for emails and office applications. Some clients’ login online, while the login screen looks fine, we can make it look better with custom branding. This should work with any office 365 plan. Even basic Exhange online.

  1. Head to office 365 and log into your admin portal
  2. Select “Azure Active Directory” from the left sidebar
  3. Select “Azure Active Directory” from the left sidebar again
  4. Now select “Company Branding” from the secondary menu 
  5. Press “Configure” from the top bar
  6. Now you can add your company logo and a background image for the sign in page
  7. Next press save, this should be instant. Now go to your sign in page and enter your email. You should then be shown your custom login page.
